According to the provisions of Clause 33.1 of Section II, Instruction to Bidders of the following bidding documents:

Contract#1 (SJRRP/CW/01) - Rehabilitation of Teleti to Tsalka Road (80 Km)
Contract#2 (SJRRP/CW/02) - Rehabilitation of Tsalka to Ninotsminda Road
(73.5 Km)
Contract #3 (SJRRP/CW/03) - Rehabilitation of Akhalkalaki to Armenian Border (43.1 km) and Akhalkalaki to the Turkish Border
(36 km) Road

Millennium Challenge Fund Georgia (MCG) is hereby announcing the annulment of the bidding process of the above mentioned contracts, because the prices submitted by the bidders were higher than the estimated budget.

Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
