technical advisor will be expected to oversee the implementation of
programme activities, monitor and evaluate programme activities and
provide strategic recommendations related to the envisaged results of the
programme.

9. Intended timing of publication: 26.11.2007.
10. Additional information: The overall objective of the poverty
reduction programme II is poverty alleviation through sustainable growth,
with emphasis on the promotion of community safety and the reduction of
criminal behaviour in volatile and vulnerable communities.
The purpose of the programme is improvement in socio-economic conditions
and quality of life in communities, with emphasis on the promotion of
