II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: In 2007 Møre og Romsdal county purchased
travel agency services for approx. 2 500 000 NOK. The amount can vary each
year and the county is not bound by this amount.
The county has approx. 2 400 employees divided between approx. 70 entities
which use the contract, see annex 7.
II.2.2) Options: Yes.
Description of these options: A framework agreement shall be signed with
one service provider for a 2 year period, with an option for an extension
of 2 new years.

report and the auditor's report, as well as recent information which is

the financial and economic capacity required by the contract. Møre og
Romsdal county will use services from Dun & Bradstreet Credit Control when
evaluating the tenderer's financial and economic position. A rating of
A/AN will be sufficient for this contract.
