This will consist of teaching and ancillary space of approximately 25,000
square feet and residential accommodation for approximately 500
individuals. Marketing to be provided by the service provider. Operation
to be provided by a joint venture vehicle which is intended to be formed
as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The successful service provider
will provide appropriate financial investment to allow for the
establishment of teaching and ancillary space of approximately 25,000
square feet and residential accommodation for approximately 500
individuals, together with the provision of an international marketing and
sales organisation.
