The tenderer shall have experienced manpower and equipments for safe and smooth execution of the work. Necessary information are given below:- 01. Procuring entity : Common Services Department, Bangladesh Bank, Head Office, Dhaka. 03. Name of work : Weather Coat Painting Work on Outside Surfaces of 30-Storied Building at Bangladesh Bank, Head Office premises, Motijheel, Dhaka. Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all (except tenderers from Israel), (a) General Experience: Minimum period of general business experience shall not be less than 10(ten) years. (b) Experience of similar work: Satisfactorily completed at least two outside painting works of High-rise Building (Minimum 10- storied ) worth not less than Taka 15.00 (Fifteen ) lac in a single contract, in any Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous organization/firm registered with Joint Stock company of Bangladesh during last 7(seven) years. The tenderers shall have to furnish certificate in this respect from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. Documentary evidence should be submitted. (c) Turnover: Minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 ( five ) years preceding the date of submission of the tender shall not be less than Tk. 140.00( One hundred forty) lac. (d) Liquid Assets/Credit facilities: Minimum liquid assets/credit facilities shall be Tk.10.00(ten) lac.(e) Shall meet all other criteria, term & conditions as specified in tender document (as per form-w2).
