The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit competitively for a Discovery Resource Center Manager at Minot AFB, North Dakota. The contractor shall provide management of the Airman and Family Readiness Center. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement. A Firm-Fixed Price Performance-Based contract will result from this posting, with services to commence on or about 1 October 2008. The performance period of this contract shall consist of one base year and four (4) option years, for a total of five years. There is no guarantee that options will be exercised. This action is set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 624190 with a small business size standard of $6,500,000. The successful contractor will be selected using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures, representing the best value to the Government.
