The Program Support Center has a requirement for the Office on Women's Health to solicit for contractors to develop and implement a model training program, specifically designed to train domestic violence service providers that counsel female survivors of domestic violence, to address the risks of contracting HIV/AIDS and HIV/AIDS prevention intervention strategies with their clients. Also provide training to HIV/AIDS service providers on the intersection between domestic violence and HIV/AIDS. This requirement is being solicited and awarded under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Period of Performance shall be one year from date of award and the Government anticipates making multiple awards from this solicitation, not to exceed 5 awards. A Request for quotation will be posted Monday, August 11, 2008.
