Development Worker Project(s).
Hull Teaching Primary Care Trust, in partnership with and on behalf of
North Yorkshire and York Primary Care Trust, is seeking expressions of
interest from suitably qualified organisations to participate in the
tendering process for the provision of a Mental Health Community
Development Worker Project or projects to serve either and /or both PCT.
In addition to evidencing the ability to deliver the required Project,
potential service providers must be able to demonstrate:
A thorough understanding of the health and social care needs of people
from BME and other communities with mental health problems,
Detailed knowledge of the health and social care environment together with
key policy drivers,
Dedication to facilitating participation and greater ownership in the
development of effective health and social care that promotes and improves
the mental well-being of BME and other communities,
Commitment to helping shape community strategy for BME and other
communities, develop appropriate services and improve the quality of
existing ones,
Innovation and creativity in the delivery of services,
Evidence of integrated working with other partners,
Ability to deliver the Project from a base within the boundary of the
appropriate PCT(s).

III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements
relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers: Information and
formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: (a) is
bankrupt or is being wound up, where his affairs are being administered by
the court, where he has entered into an arrangement with creditors, where
he has suspended business activities or is in any analogous situation

by the purchaser's certification or, failing this, simply by a declaration
by the economic operator;
(d) a description of the technical facilities and measures used by the
supplier or service provider for ensuring quality and the undertaking's
study and research facilities;
(f) the educational and professional qualifications of the service
provider or contractor and/or those of the undertaking's managerial staff
and, in particular, those of the person or persons responsible for
providing the services or managing the work;
(g) for public works contracts and public services contracts, and only in
appropriate cases, an indication of the environmental management measures
that the economic operator will be able to apply when performing the
contract;
(h) a statement of the average annual manpower of the service provider or
contractor and the number of managerial staff for the last 3 years;
