Contract Price: Fifteen Million Five Hundred and Forty Seven Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Seven United States Dollars and Ninety Two Cents (US$ 15,547,177.92)

Scope of Works: The works under the Upgrade of Electromechanical Equipment at the Akosombo GS and Volta Switchyards involve the:
* Decommissioning of existing Circuit Breakers, Disconnect switches and associated monitoring, protection, control and metering systems
* Supply, installation and commissioning of the facilities to upgrade the switchyard including the replacement of decommissioning equipment and the related civil works including the expansion of the control building and repair/modification of defective foundations and concrete structures.

Completion Period: Twenty (20) months.
