The Document Automation and Production Services, Defense Logistics Agency anticipates requesting sealed bids for a Multi-Year Flat Rate Copier Lease And Support Contract located at various miscellaneous USAF locations throughout Japan and Okinawa. This project provides for the lease, installation and removal; maintenance; training of operators; replenishment of consumable supplies; and relocation of approximately 848 variously configured networked and non-networked copiers and multifunctional devices on facilities in the designated areas. It will further provide for possible growth of the total requirement from zero to fifty-percent. The Government will not take ownership of the machines provided at any time. This procurement is a unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 532420 and the small business size standard is $23.0-million. Please be advised of on-line registration requirement in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov. A Request for Quotation solicitation package, will be available on or about 1 September 2008, for downloading at the Government�s website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. No paper copies will be issued. Interested parties should use the FedBizOpps [REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION] and [REGISTER AS AN INTERESTED VENDOR] feature which provides notification when the RFQ becomes available for download and all postings associated with the solicitation, thereafter.
