The subject RFQ is issued I/A/W FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This procurement is to provide Relocation Specialist Services to the Family Support Program @ the DLA Headquarters Complex located at 8725 John J. Kingman Road, Fort Belvoir, VA. 22060. A firm, fixed price contract is comtemplated. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and offers the "best value" to the Government, price and other factors considered. This requirement is a 100% Set Aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 624190. It is anticipated that the solicitation (RFQ) will be issued on or about August 27, 2008 within the Federal Business Opportunities web page @ http://www.fedbizops.gov. Once the solicitation (RFQ) has been issued it is incumbent upon all interested parties to frequently review the site for updates/amendments. Paper copies will also be made available by the Contracting Officer. Prior to award of any proposed contact the subject contractor(s) must be registered within the Central Contractor Register (CCR).
