Prequalification notice follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in Development Business Online and DG Market on 9-th of July 2007.

Georgia has received credit from International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Second East West Highway Improvement Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds to eligible payments for contract for bridges construction under contract No:SEWHIP/CW/ICB-02

Prequalification will be conducted through the prequalification procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines:: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.

A Prequalification conference will be held in Tbilisi on 09 September 2008, 15:00 in conference room of RDMED at the address below.

Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information and inspect prequalification documentation at RDMED from 10:00 to 18:00 hours (Monday to Friday). A complete set of pre-qualification document in English may be purchased by interested applicants (a) on the submission of written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 200 Georgian Lari or equivalent in USD/EUR. The method of payment will be by the direct deposit to the following account:
