newsletter print. 5. Pocket guides with special finishing printing (i.e.
pharmaceutical fold) 6. Form printing, instant printing (including
copying, digital print and binding etc) 7. Exhibition display printing 8.
Timetable printing.

reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: All tender must be
priced in UK Pounds Sterling, and all payments will be made in the same.
Payments made within 28 days following the month of delivery of supplies
or services, subject to final inspection/acceptance in accordance with the
pursuant framework conditions.

whom the contract is to be awarded: Joint and Several.

IV.1.2) Limitations on the number of operators who will be invited to
tender or to participate: Envisaged minimum number: 6. Maximum number: 42
Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: A
shortlisting process will be conducted following formal evaluation to
ascertain which Applicants will be invited to progress through to the full
Invitation to Tender stage. This will be on the basis of panel assessment
of evidence given within the Pre Qualification submission. This will
include pass/fail criteria followed by the application of a qualitative
evaluation process from which the highest scoring applications shall be
progressed. Further information regarding this will be contained with the
Pre Qualification Questionnaire.

terms of the criteria stated in the specifications, in the invitation to

Other additional information.
Whilst the scope of the overall Contract value is shown to be in the
region of £1.8m to £2.3m per annum it is anticipated that this figure may
ultimately increase to between £3m to £4m. In the event that the TIF
submission does not progress to its full extent then we anticipate that
this would result in a reduction in the scope of the volumes and values
outlined above.
