U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services contemplates issuing a solicitation using Full and Open Competition procedures and award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Repairs at Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge. NAICS CODE 238320, Size Standard:$14 Million. The work requires the successful offeror to furnish all labor, material and equipment to paint the existing painted exterior surfaces of three buildings. Cape Romain Headquarters building: The headquarters building is 1 story approximately 3,000 square feet constructed with brick siding with painted wood trim and wood shutters. Garage behind headquarters building: The Garage is a 4 bay garage and is approximately 1250 square feet constructed with brick and wood siding. SEWEE Visitor Center: The Sewee Visitor Center is approximately 10,000 Square feet and siding consists of brick, and stucco with wood trim. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 26, 2008 @ 10:00 AM, Located at the Cape Romain Headquarters Office, 5801 Hwy 17 N. Awendaw, SC 29429. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service is presently using Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Requests for Quotations and award Purchase Orders. You must register in EC at website http://www.ccr.gov.
