This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial non personal services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Form 9 number is F6Z1AG8170AQ01 and is being issued for reference. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238320 and the small business size standard is $13,000,000. The SIC code is 1721. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The Combat Readiness Training Center is soliciting quotations for painting of Aerospace Ground Equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, personnel and transportation to accomplish task. This request involves a total of 46 equipment pieces ranging from 188 lbs to 8154 lbs. The SIC code is 3429. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The Combat Readiness Training Center is soliciting quotations for the following:

*Provide and erect a vault to be installed outside on provided pad; location to be determined
1) Provide and install AA-V-2737 (or equal to) GSA Approved Concrete Vault System
Which includes GSA Type 5A vault door with tumbler.
Size: 20' x 20' x 9' high (inside dimensions) with internal steel ceiling
6 Sided System
400 sq. ft. of free space
2 HVAC panels port vents-vents only (ac connections provided by customer)
Vault shall be rated class 5, and element proof and assembled on location on the Governments slab. Vault will be installed partially indoors.

Note: Floor slab under vault system is provided by customer. Customer is also to provide a staging and unloading area and clear access to the vault erection area within the building

Price to include freight of vault building to Gulfport, MS 39507.
Upon completion, a demonstration of HVAC and power is needed to ensure proper working conditions and meet code standards.


*Provide and install vault door and gate in building 4
1)Remove and dispose of existing vault door/gate and jamb
2)Provide and install Hamilton GSA Approved Type 5A vault door with tumbler lock or equal
3)Provide and install Hamilton standard day gate with lock or equal

Price to include freight of vault door and gate to Gulfport, MS 39507.
Upon completion, a demonstration is needed to ensure proper working condition of vault door and gate.

Vaults, doors and gates that are not Hamilton brand will have to be approved by customer
