Online tenders are invited for the following works from eligible contractors. This tender notice can be viewed on Website: www.gidc.gov.in, www.statetenders.com & www.gidc.nprocure.com. The work is online and blank tender form can be downloaded from website www.gidc.nprocure.com
and uploaded to the same site on or before the due date. The last date of down loading and uploading is from 18/8/2008 to 5/9/2008. For Tender at Sr No 1 the Prebid meeting will be held on 1/9/2008 at 15.30 hours in the office of The Notified Area Officer, GIDC, Vapi. The date of verification of the other document, submission of tender fees, Bid submission No, receipt of successfully uploaded online tender (as received from (n) Procure site) and EMD is from
6/9/2008 to 9/9/2008 upto 18.00 hours. The tender Sr No 1 are invited in Two Cover Bid System i.e (1) Technical Bid and (2) Price Bid. The tender will be opened on dated 10/9/2008 at 15:00 Hrs for Sr No 2 & 3 and only Technical Bid for Sr No 1 will be opened and thereafter on evaluation thereof, price bid of Tender Sr No 1 of the pre-qualified agencies only will be opened, for which separate intimation will be given.
No exemption certificate regarding earnest money shall be accepted. The amount of EMD to be
paid should be in the form of demand draft or FDR of Nationalized/ scheduled Banks in favour of The Notified Area Officer, GIDC, Vapi.
Right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof are reserved by The Notified Area Officer, GIDC, Vapi.
Note : 1) The tenderer are requested to communicate their questions in advance to the Notified Area Officer, GIDC, Vapi at above address.
2) Minutes of pre-bid conference shall be up loaded by GIDC on web site (www.gidc.nprocure.com) and the same shall also be a part of tender document.
3) Upon the receipt of tenders, Only Technical Bids shall be opened at Notified Area Office, GIDC, Vapi. The Engineer in charge will evaluate the Bids based on Qualification Procedure as detailed at Pre-qualification criteria and date of price bid opening shall be intimated at a later date to the short listed contractors.
4) Price bid offers of those bidders shall only be opened who would “Qualify” upon assessment of Technical Bids Quoted by bidders only.
5) The normal rate of Security Deposit is Ten Percent. Out of 10% of Security deposit 5% is payable at the time of acceptance of tender in form of performance bond and 2.5% as intial security and the balance by deduction from progress bills. @5% so as to complete remaining 2.5% SD within 50% time limit or 50% of the work completed whichever earlier.
