The provisions laid down in the “The Public Procurement Regulations-2008” and "Procurement Procedures" shall be in strict compliance. If any un-avoidable circumstances prevail in the date of receiving/opening Tender, Tender will be received/opened in the next working date at same hours. In addition to the original tender, one copy shall have to be submitted. Original and copy of Tender should be covered by an outer envelope containing the name of Tender Lot, identification number, Tender’s specimen signature and address as well as employers address. The employer reserves the right to accept any Tender, to annul the tender proceeding , or to reject any or all Tenders, at any time prior to contact award, without thereby incurring any liability to Tenderers, or any obligation to inform Tenderers of the ground for the employers actions.
