The Contractor is required to submit a Method Statement that explains how the river bank protection will be completed. This Statement is considered an important element to identify and evaluate technically responsive
Tenderers. Pass-fail qualification criteria shall be strictly followed along with other criteria and requirements set out in the tender document.
Along with other monetary evaluation criteria, the Contractor must have at least 3 years of relevant construction
experience in river bank protection, manufacturing of CC Blocks, topographic and bathymetric survey works, and environmental management and safety requirements. The Contractor must also demonstrate adequate personnel and equipment resources. Strict quality control measures include the repeated counting or measuring of materials, and a rigorous land and water survey program.
