The United States Army Corps of Engineers has a need for a contract for painting of water plant components at Clinton Lake, located near Lawrence, KS. The settling tank, filter tank, compressor tank, hand rail, and various iron piping will be repainted. The contractor will furnish all supplies, labor, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, and the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1721. The Small Business size standard is $13.0 million. This solicitation is restricted 100% for small business. Proposals will be accepted from all interested, responsible, and responsive parties.
