Bids are invited for supply of Jet A-1 for the quantities and period mentioned below on C&F basis at KMR (Keamari), Karachi.

The procedure for submission of bids is as under:
(i) The Bid documents for Jet A-1 shall be issued during working days (Monday–Friday) within working hours (08:30 am to 05:00 pm) up to Monday: 01-09-2008.
Bid Documents consist of the following:
Bid Document No. 1 - Summary of Requirement.
Bid Document No. 2 - General Terms & Conditions for C&F Supplies.
(ii) Bid documents will be issued against a non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000/=, which will be in the form of a pay order in favour of Pakistan State Oil Company Limited payable at Karachi.
(iii) Sealed bids for Jet A-1 must be dropped in the Tender box kept in the Conference Room, Ground Floor, PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi, Pakistan latest by 03.00 pm on 02-09-2008. The Bids will be opened at 03:30 pm in the Ground Floor, Conference Room, PSO House, the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives only, whoever may like to be present.
(iv) Bids should be marked as “Bid for Supply of Jet A-1 during Oct 08- Dec 08” and should be accompanied by a bid bond in the value of United States Dollars One Hundred Thousand (USD 100,000).
(v) Bids of Jet A-1 should remain valid till 04-09-2008 (2100 hours PST).
(vi) For any queries/ clarification please contact Manager Product Imports or GM (Supply) on the address given above.
(vi) Bids should conform to the requirements of the Bid documents. Conditional Bids will not be accepted. Pakistan State Oil Company Limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever.
