Sealed tenders are hereby invited on percentage basis from the approved contractors of CDA for the following works.
Conditions : The tenders can be purchased on cash payment of Rs. 2000/- (S. No. 01 & 02), Rs. 1000/- (S. No. 03 to 07) and Rs. 500/- (08 to 14) non-refundable / non-transferable from the office of Deputy Director Maintenance-II Room No. 141 on any working day up to 01.00 PM.
No tender will be sold on the date of opening of tender.
Tenders at S. No. 01 & 02 will be opened by the Director Maintenance, CDA and S. No. 03 to 14 will be opened by the Dy. Director Maint-II, Room No. 152, in his office located in the Services Wing, (Old Naval Headquarters) G-6 Markaz, Islamabad as per date and time mentioned against work. Tenders will be received up to 11.00 AM as per dates mentioned above.
Earnest Money in the shape of deposit at call from local schedule bank must accompany with the application, without which no tender will be issued. Cash/Cheque will not be accepted.
CDA reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
The bidders are required to provide the following additional documents while submitting the tender; otherwise, it will be liable for rejection (Power of Attorney, Partnership Deed, Programme of Work, Non Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs. 10/-, Professional Tax Certificate, Registration of the firm with the Authority).
Application for issuance of tenders must be submitted on printed pad bearing name, addresses and signature of the contractor, along with valid copy of enlistment/Renewal for the current year in CDA and a copy of attested N.I.C.
