NOTICE OF INTENT SYNOPSIS:
The 37th Contracting Squadron, Lackland Air Force Base intends to award a sole source contract to BE Meyers & Co., 14540 NE 91st Street, Redmond, WA 98052 for the acquisition of Mini Green Glare Mout Lasers. The proposed contract action is for a commodity for which the Government intends to award to one source under authority of FAR 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within two business days after date of publication of this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of request for quotation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal by close of business on Friday, 29 Aug 08, which will be considered by the agency. No solicitation or request for quote is available. Delivery is to: Lackland AFB, TX 78236
