The Chairman, Tender Board, Deputy General Manager (RSC-S&U), National Water Supply & Drainage Board, Matara will receive sealed tenders for the following tenders on or before the closing date.
Tender closing date : 10.09.2008 at 2.00 p.m.
Tender documents may be inspected and collected from the office of the Deputy General Manager (RSC-Southern / Uva) of National Water Supply & Drainage Board, No. 395, Kumarathunga Mawatha, Pamburana, Matara between 09.00 hours and 12.00 hours and from 13.00 hours to 15.00 hours on normal working days upto 09.09.2008.
Tenderers or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of opening of tenders. Tender will be opened at the office of above mentioned immediately after closing of tenders.
Sealed tenders may be dispatched either by registered post to the Chairman, Tender Board of same address or hand delivered to tender box kept at D.G.M's Office. Matara.
Tender document will be issued only on the letter of request for documents on a business letter head with ICTAD registration book, for those tenderers who have the required ICTAD registration.
Tender documents may be inspected at the above office free of charge prior to collection if desired.
