Eligibility of tenderer's: Reputed contractor/Construction firm who have minimum.
(a) 5 years general experience in Building construction works.
(b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) no. of building Construction work of Tk.3.50 (three lacs fifty thousand) in a single tender in Government / Semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. The work certificate for successful completion of a building work shall have to be issued by the Authority concerned /Executive Engineer of concerned Department / Organization.
(c) The tender have to Minimum average annual construction turn over 'during last 5 (five) years of Tk.30.00 (thirty) lacs only.
(d) The Minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and / or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenders shall be Tk.3.00 (three) lacs.
(e) Upto date"Trade license, Income tax clearance and VAT registration certificate.
