Proiectul presupune executarea urmatoarelor lucrari:
- ecologizarea si reabilitarea parcurilor Cismigiu, Herastrau, Carol si Tineretului, dupa cum urmeaza:
- Parcul Cismigiu: reamenajarea peisagisticii si arhitecturii parcului cismigiu, reabilitarea si modernizarea iluminatului ambiental si de siguranta, reabilitarea drumurilor si aleilor interioare, reabilitarea sistemului de siguranta, restaurarea monumentelor existente
- Parcul Herastrau: reamenajarea peisagisticii si arhitecturii parcului herastrau, reabilitarea si modernizarea iluminatului ambiental si de siguranta, reabilitarea aleilor interioare, reabilitarea sistemului de siguranta, restaurarea monumentelor existente.
- Parcul Carol: lucrari de arhitectura (punct de prezentare, grupuri sanitare, debarcader+ amenajarea zonei adiacente, amenajare rotonde acces nord, amenajare zona adiacenta ax principal, amenajare insula, amenajare rotonda fantana, amenajare rotonda, amenajare zona sud, amenajare locuri de joaca, amenajare tarcuri caini, imprejmuire parc, amenajare punere in valoare arbore monumental;
- Parcul Tineretului: reamenajarea peisagisticii si arhitecturii parcului tineretului, reabilitarea si modernizarea iluminatului ambiental si de siguranta, reabilitarea aleilor interioare, reabilitarea sistemului de siguranta, restaurarea monumentelor existente.

Garantia pt participare se va constitui sub forma Scrisorii de garantie bancara(SGB) pt suma 140.000 EUR. AC isi rezerva dreptul de a respinge SGB in urma verificarilor effectuate.

Lucrarea este finantata din fonduri comunitare prin Programul de Coeziune Economica si Sociala PHARE 2006, cu contributia Fondului National si a Bugetului Local, in % din Fisa de Date a Achizitiei.

Ofertantii se pot asocia in conditiile prevazute in Fisa de Date a Achizitiei.

ferta este considerata inacceptabila atunci cand este depusa de un ofertant care, in ultimii 2 ani, din motive imputabile acestuia, nu si-a indeplinit sau si-a indeplinit in mod defectuos obligatiile contractuale fata de autoritatea contractanta. Poate fi exclus dintr-o procedura pentru atribuirea contractului de achizitie publica, respectiv nu este eligibil, orice ofertant care se afla in oricare dintre situatiile prevazute la Art 180 si Art 181 din OUG 34/2006.

Se solicita indeplinirea si finalizarea cu succes in ultimii 5 ani a unuia sau a doua contracte de lucrari de "natura si complexitate similara", cu o valoare cumulata a contractelor de minim valoarea estimata. In cazul asocierilor conditia se va considera indeplinita in mod cumulativ. Ofertantul va prezenta pentru contractele propuse ca experienta similara copii dupa procesele verbale de receptie (preliminara sau finala), si documente doveditoare din care sa reiasa valoarea lucrarilor executate si principalele tipuri de lucrari.

Se recomanda ofertantilor sa inspecteze locatia proiectului si imprejurimile pentru a evalua, pe propria raspundere, cheltuliala si risc, datele necesare pentru a pregati oferta. Vizitarea amplasamentului de catre ofertanti se va face individual in perioada 15/09/2008 - 19/09/2008. Ofertantii vor anunta in scris Autoritatea Contractanta si vor contacta Beneficiarul Local cu privire la aceasta vizita. Solicitarile de clarificari se vor inainta prin fax sau posta la Ministerul Dezvoltarii, Lucrarilor Publice si Locuintelor, B-dul Libertatii 12, Et. 4, Camera 409a, Sector 5, Bucuresti, fax +40 372 111 354, cu pana la 12 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor, ora 16:00 ora locala. Data limita de transmitere a raspunsului la clarificari va fi de pana la 6 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Toate clarificarile transmise vor fi semnate si anexate la oferta.
