The following Consultants submitted proposals for the PPIAF funded "Feasibility Study for Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan through PPPs in the Yerevan City" US$ 531,500 fixed-budget assignment.

The winning bidder is Fichtner GmBH & Co. with the financial proposal of US$ 531,500. The duration of the contract is 13 months. The summary scope of the contract is presented below:
Evaluation of the current solid waste management system;
Development of the basic SWM Collection System Performance Requirements;
Assessment of near and longer term waste disposal options;
Assessment of and improvement in the financial means to support the SWM System;
Documentation of the recommended SWM system configuration plan in the city of Yerevan;
Advice and assistance respecting legislation and regulations;
Identification of the options for private sector participation in the financing and operation of the SWM System and develop a business strategy for the delivery and financing of basic SWM services;
Assistance for implementation of PPP arrangements;
Public and stakeholder consultation
