Cifra medie anuala de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani sa fie de cel putin 30.000.000 RON

Lista principalelor lucrari din ultimii 5 ani.
Declaratie privind utilajele si echipamentele tehnice.
Declaratie privind efectivele medii anuale ale personalului angajat si al cadrelor de conducere pe ultimii 3 ani.
4. Prezentarea unui colectiv condus de un sef de santier, care sa fii participat la cel mult 3 lucrari in ultimii 5 ani a caror valoare insumata sa fie de min. 10.000.000 RON. (se va anexa copie dupa contractul de constructie si recomandare de la beneficiar). Colectivul trebuie sa contina si un Responsabil Tehnic cu Executia cu contract perment de munca care sa fi condus in ultimii 3 ani, cel mult patru lucrari care insumate sa fie de minim 8.000.000 RON. (se va anexa copie dupa cartea de munca si decizie de numire, contractul de constructie si recomandare de la beneficiar). Colectivul trebuie sa cuprinda responsabili cu controlul tehnic de calitate in constructii pentru urmatoarele domenii:
- constructii civile, industriale, agricole ,
- produse pentru constructii
- instalatii sanitare, termoventilatii
- lucrari si retele de alimentari cu apa si canalizare
- retele termice
- instalatii electrice
- retele electice
- retele de telecomunicatii
- instalatii gaze
- retele gaze
(se va prezenta copie de pe autorizatie si dupa contractul de munca)
Prezentarea autorizatii ISCIR pentru executarea lucrarilor de motare, reparare la conducte de abur si apa fierbinte sub presiune.

Autoritatea Contractanta solicita ca cerinta minima obligatorie prezentarea dovezii indeplinirii si finalizarii in ultimii 5 ani a maxim 5 contracte a caror valoare insumata sa fie de minim 20.000.000 RON. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 si ISO 18001
