Solicitarile de clarificari se vor inainta prin fax sau posta la Ministerul Dezvoltarii, Lucrarilor Publice si Locuintelor, B-dul Libertatii nr. 12, Et. 4, Camera 409A, Sector 5, Bucuresti, fax +40 (0)372111354, cu pana la 15 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor, ora 16:00 ora locala. Data limita de transmitere a raspunsului la clarificari va fi de pana la 7 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Toate clarificarile transmise vor fi semnate si anexate la oferta
