Water (STW) require a software solution that will be used for address
management. The solution will interface and integrate with STW's ERP
solution - SAP, along with legacy software applications. The tool will be
used for Address Mangement within STW, external agencies and contracted
suppliers working on behalf of STW.

II.2) QUANTITY OR SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: A product that is able to:
1. demonstrate usability features aimed at improving the ease and
productivity with which addresses can be utilised.
2. demonstrate facilities to maintain and improve the quality of address
data and its usage.
3. demonstrate facilities to automate changes in the address data that
result from items such as street name changes, building plot adoption and
local government re-organizations.
4. demonstrate the linkage of geo-coding data to addresses.
5. support UK based address management needs.
6. demonstrate certified support for SAP BC-BAS-PV and BC-BAS-DES
interfaces.
7. support other specialist needs such as web applications and legacy
application integration.
8. demonstrate future architecture capabilities such as supporting Master
Data Management through SAP MDM.

III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity: A1. Audited company accounts
for the past three years.

confirmation that the applicant has given formal consent to his banker to
provide a financial reference when required.
A3. Formal assurance that there is no instance of judgement or pending
against the company in respect of any financial matter, corporate or
management mal-practice or non-compliance with any statute.
A4. A statement of the applicants overall turnover and the turnover
related to similar activities covered by this contract, for the three
previous years.

evaluating if requirements are met: Evidence and full particulars of
similar contracts entered into during the last five years, including
value, date and location of each contract. 2. Trades which the contractor
normally subcontracts locally when awarding contracts outside the country

Service/support, on-site technical support to facilitate installation,
commissioning, servicing, maintenance and breakdown within response time.
References should be provided to demonstrate that the solution is capable
of supporting UK utilities and Best in class, meeting the functional
requirements of STW giving :a product capable of meeting the functional
requirements of STW that has successfully proven its:
1. track record of operation in supporting UK companies in Address
Management.
2. implementation in conjunction with SAP Modules.
3. implementation in support of a 24 x 7 operation with high availability
needs.
4. proposed version in operation.
5. ability to support the integration strategy and standards of SAP.
