II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Expressions of
interest are invited for the demolition of an existing sports and social
club, and construction of a new sports pavillion. The building will
comprise of 6 (16 person) changing rooms, 2 official's changing rooms,
function room, kitchen, toilets, reception area and plant rooms. There is
a requirement to extend and improve the existing car park along with
associated lighting, paving and landscaping. The overall gross floor area
of the building is approx 1 370 m sq. The estimated cost is in the range
of 800 000 - 900 000 GBP. Construction work. Construction work for sports
facilities. Construction work for buildings relating to leisure, sports,

III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
