INLICHTINGEN OVER PERCELEN
PERCEEL NR. 1
TITEL: Numerical calculations of a captive model test with a container
vessel sailing near a sloped bank
1) KORTE BESCHRIJVING: The first partial contract concerns a numerical
calculation of a container vessel sailing parallel to a sloped bank in
captive motion (slope = 1/8). Three cases should be run. The only
difference between the three cases is the transversal distance between the
model and the bank. As a result of the different transversal positions of
the ship the under keel clearance will vary from approximately 25 % to 35
%. The tests can be run without propeller action.
2) CPV-CLASSIFICATIE (GEMEENSCHAPPELIJKE WOORDENLIJST

TITEL: Numerical calculations of an oblique towing model test with a
container vessel at different under keel clearances and at drift angle
10°.
1) KORTE BESCHRIJVING: In partial contract 2 the influence of shallow
water on a container vessel will be evaluated. The behaviour of a
container vessel towed in the towing tank of FHR should be calculated at
four different water depths varying from very shallow water to deep water.
Speed, drift angle and propeller revolutions will be kept equal at all
water depths and will be assigned by the administration.
2) CPV-CLASSIFICATIE (GEMEENSCHAPPELIJKE WOORDENLIJST
OVERHEIDSOPDRACHTEN): 73000000.
PERCEEL NR. 3
TITEL: Numerical calculations of a meeting between two container vessels
1) KORTE BESCHRIJVING: The third and last partial contract of this
tender, concerns a meeting of 2 container vessels at opposite courses in
the towing tank. The meeting should be executed with the container vessel
that is object of partial contract 1 and partial contract 2 and will
operate at the same draft as in preceding cases.

AFDELING III: JURIDISCHE, ECONOMISCHE, FINANCIËLE EN TECHNISCHE
INLICHTINGEN
III.1) VOORWAARDEN MET BETREKKING TOT DE OPDRACHT
III.1.1) Verlangde borgsommen en waarborgen: 5 % van de oorspronkelijke
aannemingssom.

III.2) VOORWAARDEN VOOR DEELNEMING
III.2.1) Persoonlijke situatie van ondernemers, waaronder de vereisten in
verband met de inschrijving in het beroeps- of handelsregister:
Inlichtingen en formaliteiten om na te gaan of aan de vereisten is
voldaan: Recent attest RSZ,
Voor inschrijvers van Belgische nationaliteit wordt dit attest
rechtstreeks opgevraagd door de aanbestedende overheid.
De inschrijver van vreemde nationaliteit moet volgens artikel 90 § 4 van
voornoemd KB bij de inschrijving een attest voegen, uitgereikt door de
bevoegde overheid in zijn land, waaruit blijkt dat hij voldaan heeft aan
zijn verplichtingen ten aanzien van de betaling van bijdragen voor de
sociale zekerheid overeenkomstig de wettelijke bepalingen van het land
waar hij gevestigd is.
In application of article 69 § 4 of KB dd. 8.1.1996, governing public
contracts, the tenderer of foreign nationality must add to the tender a
certificate provided by the competent authority in his country, stating
that he has satisfied his obligations regarding payment of social security
contributions in accordance with the legal provisions of the country where
he is established.
III.2.2) Economische en financiële draagkracht: Inlichtingen en
formaliteiten om na te gaan of aan de vereisten is voldaan: Passende
bankverklaring, uitgeschreven door de bank, waarin zij haar vertrouwen in
de solvabiliteit van de inschrijver uitdrukt.
Eventueel vereiste minimumeisen: The contractor should proof his financial
and economic strength by presenting a statement of an official financial
organization in which this organization expresses its confidence in the
solvency of the contractor.
III.2.3) Vakbekwaamheid: Inlichtingen en formaliteiten om na te gaan of
aan de vereisten is voldaan: The contractor should proof his technical
capability by presenting a references list which describes all projects in
which numerical calculations of ship hydrodynamics were applied by the
contractor. The list should consist of all such projects executed since
the year 2003. For each project following data should be stated in the
references list: year of execution, title, price, tendering organization
(public or private); contact person (name, office address, phone number
and fax number) and a brief summary of the order.
Eventueel vereiste minimumeisen: Besides the references list a publication
list which contains all publications of the contractor should be
presented.

III.3) VOORWAARDEN BETREFFENDE EEN OPDRACHT VOOR DIENSTVERLENING
