Department of the Treasury - FMS, has a requirement for continuing maintenance of Flowmaster (Ptney Bowes) equipment, currently in use at the Regional Finance Center in Philadelphia, PA. The requirement includes one year, and two, one-year option periods. Maintenance is to cover all parts (hardware as well as software), and labor. Preventative maintenance occurs every 5 million cycles. A click charge applies for over 7.5 million cycles per year. Hours of coverage are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding federal holidays. Quotes or offers are NOT being accepted at this time. FMS is conducting market research to determine if re-sellers, authorized by Pitney Bowes, are available. Additionally, SDVOSB and/or HUB-Zone entities are being sought to determine if a set-aside is warranted. Responses in the form of an expression of interest, are being received by facsimile ONLY on (202) 874-7275. Prospective offerors are specifically requested NOT to submit responsee by electronic mail. A purchase order, to be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, is being planned for the requirement.
