II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): EMEA is an EU
agency based in London, responsible for coordinating EU scientific
resources to evaluate and supervise medical products for human and
veterinary use across the EU. EMEA intends to conclude a contract with a
company to provide corporate travel services for its staff and delegates
attending meetings at its premises and outside London, primarily for air
travel. Agents who currently handle less than GBP 25 000 000 IATA
ticketing per annum will not be considered. The appointed supplier will be
required to operate an implant on the premises of EMEA in Canary Wharf.
