include construction of an access road to serve a new mixed use
development. The road is approximately 420 m long and 7,3 m wide with 3 m
wide footpway/cycleways. Construction of 1 000 m of foul sewers, including
approximately 20 m - 30 m of trenchless construction and 800m of surface
water sewers including manholes, connections to future developments,
existing foul sewers and a watercourse. Construction of a new junction
with the existing public highway. Construction of a flood relief ditch
approximately 240 m long. Construction of a 615 m long bridleway. A plan
showing the draft proposals is attached.
