Nature of Requirements

Production of full psychological evaluations (See "Scope of work" as indicated in the request for proposal ).

Professional qualifications - mandatory
Professional qualifications are indicated in the request for proposal.

Period

The services will be required for the period of November 1, 2008 to October 31, 2009 with the possibility of option of renewal during period for three (3) subsequent years for the next periods:

Period 1: November 1, 2009 to October 31, 2010
Period 2: November 1, 2010 to October 31, 2011
Period 3: November 1, 2011 to October 31, 2012

Services are required in both languages (French and English).

The final documents of broadcast issue will contain a Security Requirements.

Fixation of costs

The bidders must indicate a fix price per evaluation.

Closing time and date

The closing time and date of proposal is October 28, 2008 at 02:00 P.M.
