Selling Tender Document:- Office of the Executive Engineer, Chittagong PwD division-3, Cittagong, Khulna PWD Division-1, Khulna, Rajshahi PWD Division-1 Rajshahi, Barisal PWD Division, Barisal, Sylhet PWD Division, Sylhet. Commissioner’s officer, Dhaka Division, Dhaka Office of the E.E.’s under PWD Dhaka Zone Dhaka (Except Eden Building PWD Division, Dhaka) and Office of undersigned.
Receiving Tenders:-
Office of the Undersigned as well as by the E.E. saver PWD Division, Dahaka and office of the Divisional Commissioner, Dhaka, Division, Commissioner Bhaban, 1st 12 storied building, Shegunbagicha, Dhaka.
Eligibility of Tender:- This invitation for Tender in open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:-
a) Reputed contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years if general experience in building construction works and also having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (0ne) number of similar nature of work costing not less than Tk. 71.00 (Seventy one) lacs During the last 5 (five) years iin a single tender.
b) The work certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of convened department / Organization duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that District/ Area within whose territory the work lying as per format (Format-A) for this purpose provided with the tender documents.
c) The tender must have a minimum Average Annual Turnover of Tk. 360.73 lcas over the last 5 (five) years.
d) The Tender capacity of the tender must be less than the Tender price.
e) The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid assets) or credit facilities net of Other contractual commitments of the Tender shall be Tk. 37.69 lacs for 22 (Two and half) months works.
f) The Tender must enclose with the Tender valid VAT Registration certificate from the NBR.
g) Tender must enclose with the Tender valid income Tax clearance certificate from the NRB.
h) Original Money Receipt must be enclosed with the tender.
i) Tender must enclosed up to date Trade license with the tender.
j) All other conditions as mentioned in Tender documents must be fulfilled.
