Note: payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.00 each per item (for Registered Suppliers Rs. 750.00). The method of payment will be in cash.

1) The Chairman DPC on behalf of the Sri Lanka Police now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the under mentioned Goods.
2) Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding.
3) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Director (Logistics) - Supplies and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on weekdays except public and government holidays.
4) Qualifications requirements include: All Bidders shall possess legal rights to supply the Goods, A Bidder shall not have a conflict of interest, and Bidder's name shall not be included in the list of debarred firms at the website of National Procurement Agency. A margin of preference for eligible locally produced goods offered shall not be applied. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
5) A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.00 each per item (for Registered Suppliers Rs. 750.00). The method of payment will be in cash.
6) Bids must be delivered to the Accountant - Logistics, 2nd Floor, Police Headquarters, Colombo 01, at or before 2.00 p.m. on dates mentioned in the Schedule under the above paragraph No. 1. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person or on-line at the above address at 2.00 p.m. on dates mentioned in the Schedule under paragraph 1. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security.
