The United States Government intends to extend lease GS-04B-42806, using other than full and open competition to Koala Miami Realty Holding Company, Incorporated c/o Flagler Real Estate Services, Incorporated. These Government agencies have missions that require them to remain located at the Doral Business Office Park located 8350 N.W. 52nd Terrace, Suite 102, Miami, Florida. The leases will be for a total of 32,954 rentable square feet of fully serviced space for a 30-month term.
