Applications are called from Manufacturers, Agents, Co-operative Societies, Government organizations including corporations and other suppliers who wish to register themselves with Lady Ridgeway Children's Hospital for the supply of under mentioned materials and services for the year 2009.
All applications should be forwarded by Registered Post addressed to the Director, Lady Ridgeway Children's Hospital, Colombo 08 to reach on or before 05th of December 2008. The top left hand corner of the cover should be marked Registration of Suppliers for year 2009. Any clarification or further information if required could be obtained from the Director, Lady Ridgeway Hospital, Colombo 08. T.P. 2686515.
Application forms for registration will be issued up to 05th of December 2008 on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 200/ = in cash for each item to this office and receipts should be submitted.
Quotations for supplies / services will normally be called for from the list of registered suppliers but the Lady Ridgeway Hospital reserves the right to select suppliers to call for quotations even outside the registered list in view of obtaining competitive offers.
Suppliers who fail to supply items or services according to the quality and Standard expected will be deleted from the list of registered suppliers.
The Lady Ridgeway Hospital reserves the right to accept or reject any application sent for registration.
