INFORMATION ABOUT LOTS
LOT NO 1
TITLE: UK-Durham: cleaning services
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Durham Constabulary requires the provision of a
cleaning service for properties across its estate Building-cleaning
services.
2) COMMON PROCUREMENT VOCABULARY (CPV): 90911200.
3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: Cleaning services are required to be provided to 41
properties, of various size, across the geographical area of Durham
Constabulary. Services will vary from the cleaning of offices, through to
the cleaning of Custody cell areas. The contract will be for a period of
48 months, with a possible extension of an additional 24 months. The
successful contractor will be expected to provide the highest level of
service throughout the term of the contract.
Estimated cost excluding VAT:
Range: between 2 500 000 and 3 000 000 GBP.
5) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT LOTS: Durham Constabulary will consider
bids for either individual lots, or for both lots.
LOT NO 2
TITLE: UK-Durham: catering services
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Durham Constabulary requires the provision of
catering services to certain properties within its geographical area
Canteen and catering services.
2) COMMON PROCUREMENT VOCABULARY (CPV): 55500000.
3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: The contract is for the provision of catering
services to certain properties within the Force area. The contract is for
a period of 48 months, with a possible extension of 24 months. It is
expected that the highest level of service will be provided throughout the
contract.
Estimated cost excluding VAT:
Range: between 1 100 000 and 2 000 000 GBP.
