The contractor will provide services for:
•Multi-barriered clients requiring long term interventions;
•All Albertans requiring Specialized assessment services.
•All Albertans participating in Workplace Training.

It is anticipated that the Contractor will be expected to provide the following Employment & Training Programs and Services, on a continuous basis:
• Career Development Services (CDS)
• Job Placement Services (JP)
• Exposure Courses
• Youth Connections (YC)
• Coordination of Specialized Assessments
• Creation and Maintenance of Electronic Job Board
• DRES Recommendations
• Workplace Training Program (WPT)

The Contractor will be expected to achieve an overall 70% success rate at 6 months after completion of services and will also meet evaluative standards for services provided.
