ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL
OVERSIGHT CONSULTANT (ESOC)

---REJECTION OF BIDS---

1. With reference to the captioned RFP, Millennium Challenge Account-Mongolia has closed the bid submission on 11 August 2008, in accordance with the Request for Proposals issued on 25 June 2008.

2. Following evaluation of the bids submitted by an independent evaluation panels, it is regretted that no bid passed the minimum qualifying technical score as stated in the RFP (Clause No. 3.4 Evaluation Criteria) and therefore this tender is cancelled.

3. A new tender will be issued with modified Terms of Reference (TOR). The new solicitation will be advertised via a Specific Procurement Notice on the website of MCA Mongolia, dgMarket and UNDB online.

4. The submitted Proposals documents will be returned to each bidder.
