This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses and is solicited under NAICS 721211. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $6.5M. Please see page 3 of the solicitation for the contract line items. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-27.

They may also be faxed or mailed to the attention of Contract Specialist, Charlenne Figgins at 910.251.4454. The completed Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (FAR 52.212-3) must be submitted along with each proposal.
