Applications are hereby invited from Manufacturers, Contractors, Distributors, Companies, Corporations and Co-operative Societies who wish to register themselves to supply the under mentioned goods, services and works for the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka at Mihintale and for its Faculty of Medical at Saliyapura and Faculty of Agriculture at Puliyankulama for the Year 2009.
Applications prepared according to the specimen appended below should he sent under Registered Cover with "Registration of Suppliers for goods, services and works for the gear ZOOS" marked on the left-hand corner of the envelope to reach Senior Assistant Bursar (Supplies), Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, Mihintale on or before 2nd December 2008.
Non-Refundable fee of Rx. 250.00 per sub item should be enclosed with the applications. All payments should be made by Money Order drawn in favour of the Rajarata University of Sri lanka payable at the Mihintale Post Office.
