Sealed Tenders are invited from the interested parties / firms / suppliers for the supply of Tractor & Agriculture Implements and Installation of Tubewells at SSC Farms, under the scheme “Revival / Rehabilitation of Sindh Seed Corporation”.
(1) The Tender documents containing detailed specifications and other Terms & Conditions can be obtained on non-refundable tender fees shown above in shape of Bank Draft from the office of Deputy Director (Finance) Sindh Seed Corporation, Main Road, Hussainabad, Hyderabad, Phone No. 022-9260048 –2929566, during office hours.
(2) Tenders are required to be furnished with earnest money of 2.5% of total value of bid in form of pay order / call deposit in favour of the Sindh Seed Corporation, Hyderabad.
(3) The Tenders will be issued from the date of first publication of this tender notice to the date of opening i.e. 02.12.2008 up to 10.00 am and will be opened at 12.30 pm on the same day.
(4) The Suppliers / Manufacturers / Firms shall observe the highest standard of ethics during the selection and execution of such contracts and shall not be involved in corrupt practices.
(5) The interested parties are required to submit a single package of their bid containing two envelopes, for Technical and Financial proposals separately. Each Envelope must clearly be marked as "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal" in bold and legible letter to avoid confusion.
(6) The supplier should provide necessary brochure / catalogue of the required material, attach the Demand Draft / Call Deposit of Earnest Money with the technical proposal.
(7) The Managing Director Sindh Seed Corporation Hyderabad reserves the right to accept or reject any part or all tenders without assigning reason thereof.
