framework for the Supply of Insulin Pump Therapy equipment, associated
disposables and ongoing support and maintenance services to patients'
homes.

VI.1) THIS IS A RECURRENT PROCUREMENT: No.
VI.2) CONTRACT RELATED TO A PROJECT AND/OR PROGRAMME FINANCED BY EU
FUNDS: No.
VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: There may be a requirement to complete a
pre-qualification questionnaire prior to issue of the tender. The selected
suppliers will be expected to supply all products and services from within
their range as are required by the contracting authority from time to
time. Future additions to their ranges will also be included. The East of
England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub covers the counties of Norfolk,
Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. The
contract will be established by East of England NHS Collaborative
Procurement Hub as a collective body within the meaning of the new EU
combined Directive 2004/18/EC. The contract is for the benefit of other
participating public sector bodies (whether acting individually, or on
behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other
non-NHS bodies which the participants deem necessary for the delivery of
services or goods to NHS bodies, local authorities, other government
departments or non-departmental public bodies charged with the delivery of
health or non health related services.
