II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The University
wishes to appoint a panel of suitably qualified and experienced companies
to provide the majority of its externally-sourced print requirements. The
agreement will cover a full range of print requirements, from full colour
marketing and publicity material, prospectus, course guides, student
handbooks, leaflets, posters, magazines through to course materials, forms
and one colour high speed digital print. The contract will not include any
aspects of the University's in-house reprographics units, nor will it
encompass photocopying/desktop printing (both of which are the subject of
separate arrangements).

all work placed through this framework agreement will exceed 500 000 GBP,
however the University can offer no guarantee that this level will be
reached, nor to the level of work that any company appointed to the
framework will receive.
