| Eligibility of Bidders: | Qualified applicants must possess a postgraduate degree in management, business, natural resources, engineering or other relevant discipline along with at least 10 years of demonstrated executive -level experience in leading and managing substantial multi-disciplined groups with a record of sound achievement. Proven capacity to take forward-looking approach and to play a catalytic role in organizational development and management of change, and capacity to work sensitively within a multicultural team is also required. Senior experience in a multi-government environment and high level experience in natural resource management, including a good understanding and working knowledge of contemporary river basin management issues coupled with integrated water resources management and associated socio-economic development is highly desired. Excellent written and spoken English and fluency with modern technology and management techniques is desired. Experience in river basin management and planning - Nile basin Experience would be highly regarded. Good capacity and relevant experience in dealing with international donors and French languages skills are also desired | ||
