Applications are invited from reputed Suppliers, Manufacturers. Constructors, Agents and Individuals, who wish to register themselves with the Government Factory, Kolonnawa, for the under mentioned supplies and services during the year 2009.
Terms & Conditions - Application forms are available at Supplies Engineer of Government Factory, Kolonnawa. Suppliers: who wish to register as supply of material and goods shall pay Rs. 250.00 a non-refundable application fee and who wish to register as supply of services shall pay Rs. 500.00 a non-refundable application fee.
A separate application shall be made for each item.
Application forms will be issued up to 14.00 hrs on 11th December 2008.
The word "Registration of Suppliers - year 2009" shall be written on the top left hand corner of the envelope, enclosing the application.
The application should be sent by Registered Post to reach the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Government Factory, Kolonnawa on or before 22nd December 2008.
A copy of the certificate of Business Registration shall be attached to each application.
Power of Attorney shall be attached to each application.
Credit facilities should be offered at least for one month period.
The Government Factory reserves the right to reject any application.
