Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to make Sole-Source award to Puerto Rico Danka Inc. Metro Office Park #6 Guaynabo PR 00968, to renew existing lease and maintenance of twenty-four (24) Copiers. The purchase order will be issued for the period 10/01/2008 � 09/30/2009. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; No proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received by December 5, 2008 will be considered by the Government. IRS will consider all written responses received no later than 12:00 p.m. est., December 5, 2008. If no written responses are received that clearly demonstrates, the ability to meet all requirements and it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to the Puerto Rico Danka Inc.
